Asus moniter

Is the asus moniter capable of playing audio through it's hdmi, it has it's own speakers. If my software question for the ps4 cannot be resolved I'd at least like to be able to have audio through my moniter. I have no idea what brand of asus it is and no idea how to find out.

 

Since you didn't tell us what ASUS monitor, we cannot be certain. But for sure I would have to say, read the manual! It will tell you what your monitor supports, and how to connect and enable it.

I highly suspect since it has built-in speakers and supports HDMI that it can play audio through HDMI IF your computer's graphics solution (card or integrated) supports pass-through audio, as most graphics solutions supporting HDMI do.
