Asus P5P800 problems

    Hi I am using a P5P800 motherboard from asus, and I can't seem to boot it up. I've flashed the bios, take everything out, and still I can't get the computer to boot up. It turns on, all the lights turn on, and the fans turn on, the cd drives turn on. I am not sure whats going on, can anyone help me?
