Asx File

Hello. I am trying to play a video that is required for a DHS Brain Trauma caregiver. The link when clicked downloads TBI-MOD1.asx. When I click that to open it windows media player opens and gives an error. So searching on the web for a solution tells me to to open the file in notepad and when I do I get the following

so my question is can anyone help me with this so I can open the videos. They include the test I need to take. Thanks in advance

 

You can download the video from http://media.mphi.org/TBI-mod1/mod1.wmv and it will play in WMP.

 

FYI An .asx file is a Windows Media Audio/Video playlist file, not a video file.

 

Try another video player like VLC or install 'K-lite codec pack' both on Majorgeeks.
