ATI TV Tuner

    I installed the ATI TV Tuner on my XP pc. I am not impressed with the picture quality. I have a great CRT monitor and thought that the quality would be better than my TV because of the great resolution of a pc monitor but it is not.

    Any advice or input? Any reason why the receptioin would be sub par? Were my expectations too high?

    I forget becuase I got it from a friend but a year ago it what the top nvidia card. I have since been out of the loop but it is deff not a cheap card.
