ATI TV Wonder HD 650 Dual Tuner Video Capture PCI Card

I searched like crazy, and it just simply seems, to be a simple question.
What's the max FPS of this capture card.
720x480 is good enough for quality. But if it can do better then that, that would be great too.
I more or less have my heart set on one, from ebay sellers.
Wanting to know if it can handle 720x480 @ 60FPS seems important.
Same with 720x576 @ 60FPS. It doesn't need to be 800x600, or 1024x768 @ 60FPS. Just so that I know it can handle twice normal NTSC.

I dont think anyone here can answer that, I think it would depend on your tv signal and weather conditions ect.

It seems though, like a simple question. But I surfed amd/ati and couldn't find it.
It just seems so simple.
Capture modes.
720x480 NTSC 19/29.976 (30FPS) 60FPS.
720x576 PAL 23 24 25FPS (Something I don't get there.)
PAL 23 FPS 24 FPS and 25 FPS
I'm just going to figure, that if it can do 1440x900 @ 30FPS
And other HD formats, that it can do 60 FPS at standard NTSC
or PAL. Video source, BTW, is a Camcorder.
The type of video I'm shooting, has to do with recording me doing things
(TMI, with stuffed animals)
Not getting into that.
Trying to keep up a mild rating, while giving an idea.
I just wanna be sure I don't miss a single frame, I may want later.
Stop frames at 720x480 aren't the best in the world, but they're not bad either.

You know what for stuffed animal, because it's in my name.
