ATK0100 driver

    hi guys wonder if anyone can help? my laptop hdd packed in so i put in a 2nd hand one with a fresh install of windows7, now my touchpad blue screen and restarts the laptop, also some of the keyboard letters are messed up, and i get ( atk0100 ) driver missing, do you think this is the problem? if yes can someone help please, thanks in advance

    What Windows version and Service Pack are you using?

    What make and model is your laptop?


    What is likely to be missing is Chipset and a few other drivers?

    hi david, its a sony vaio vgn-ns20e, its windows 7 ultimate dont no what sp, but its all up to date

    right click to my computer - properties ( give us your operating system's report ) , do you have any yellow mark device manager menu ? :cool

    run mmc devmgmt.msc

    Hi

    Sony's site for your model is broken at present so I cannot see if they list specific drivers for Win7 for this model as it likely was originally Vista?! prehaps?

    But try these and install the Chipset driver from HERE first and reboot, do reboot. (the drivers are from Sony's FTP storage area for Windows 7 Upgrades)
