Attachment instructions not working

My Browser has been hijacked. I followed all the instructions on the things to do before posting here (it took hours), and I downloaded and ran hijackthis, bitdefender and panda activescan.

Now I'm trying to attach the reports/logs to a post here, but it says that all but panda are invalid!

Please tell me what I need to do - I'm at wits end.

Did you save them to the proper type file extension names (like .txt or .log)?
The default for HijackThis is hijackthis.log and that is easily uploadable if you follow the directions in the link given for it in the READ & RUN ME.

BitDefender is a little more work because they default to creating a .html file which cannot be uploaded. But we do give a link to a procedure for converting it to a text (.txt) file format too.

At least attach the Panda log.
