Attacked by bandook trojan

I searched all forum first to search a answer for my situation but didn't got it.
It's not like that it came from no where,
my friend darn pen drive carried it to my pc. I am totally sure that it is Bandook only.

I need help to remove it, i tried McAfee anti virus which i got already , but it can't stop it. I then found that avast could delete it , so i download avast but its setup was not running. So, i tried safe mode it also didn't work. I tired CCleaner but it didn't solve the problem. plz help me getting this virus out of laptop.
