Audio 10-1 pin

Ok, so another fun task, I have a small problem, My new ASUS p4800d-x board has an audio header (good so far) My new Aerocool 12 in one card reader and capuchino machine (so I made that part up) has line in, line out, and mic headers (still good so far) The cable they give you has a conector on one side and a mini jack on the other. Now I was less lazy on this one then I was on my USB card search. I've looked at several different sites newegg included, trying to find a patch cord to do this and have come up empty handed. I know this exists. I have one in a ribbon cable in front of me, but its a too short, and b not my computer. So any help would be apreciated.

Now I'm not going to plug the mini jacks in to the sound card and split it off with a y adapter or anything of that kind.

 

Try this again. Anyone have any ideas this time ?
