audio advertisement malware

Hey guys! I'm new to this thread, look forward to being a part of it.

I was having malware issues - google redirections were the first problem, but later on I started hearing audio advertisements. They play whenever I try and play audio or video, and I can't find any running programs that might be causing it. Very annoying (plus I need to run sound from my pc for work, so I really can't handle it).

I ran Combofix.exe (the log is pasted below). It seems to have fixed the google redirects, but nothing can get rid of those audio ads. I tried a Malwarebytes scan and I run avast, but nothing's being found.

I use XP. Any thoughts?
