Audio Code 10 Problem

Good Morning ,

I have a Toshiba L505D - Gs6000, I updated from win 7 : 32 to 64 , Now my "High Definition Audio System " Is saying "Device cannot start"(Code 10) , it works some times if there is a major software installation , for the time of the computer running , once turned off , its gone ... :cry , it has been over 2 months Please anything to fix this thing will help.... BTW my USB ports do not work from this , my webcam does not work either....
