Audio Device Not Found (w/ Everest Report)

I just got a laptop from my uncle that he doesn't use anymore, everything works fine except no sound plays because no audio device can be found. I searched the forums for related problems but each one seems to be specific to the type computer, and since this is a custom rig it proves even more troublesome. The Everest report is attached, but other than that I can't offer too much. Thanks

Thanks for including the Everest in your first (or 2nd LOL) post. For best results, install your chipset drivers first if you haven't already installed them. You can download them from this link. Restart the PC when the install has finished. Then download KB888111. It's the Microsoft Hi-Def Audio update, also called the UAA update. You can download it from this direct link. After installing it, Install the audio drivers. The PC you have uses the RealTek Hi-Def drivers which are available here at Major Geeks from this link. GOOD LUCK!!!
