Audio Unclear--scratchy Sounds.

    Hi

    I have an Acer Aspire E5-573 with Win 10. I get scratchy sounds when I play Audio/Video from my laptop; however, if I copy these files to a flash drive/pen drive and play them through my TV, the sound is crystal clear. What should I do now? I have already uninstalled/reinstalled Realtek.

    Kindly advise. Thanks in advance.
