Having an issue with all audio and video being played on my pc. When I play music or videos there is a random drag that happens several times throughout the song. It even occurs when I'm streaming online or using skype. Can't figure it out. I'm using Vista, WM player 11, all the drivers seem to be intact. downloaded K-lite mega pack, issue won't cease. Anyone know what's going on here? Please help???

We'll need to know a lot more about your PC's hardware (make/model number), your startup applications (CCLeaner, install and start it, navigate to the Tools > Startup tab and list or post a jpeg attachment showing all the apps set to run with Windows - you can use Alt+Printscreen to capture the active CC window, save it as a jpeg or gif).

We'll also need to find out which running processes are using the most CPU and RAM, use Task Manager to check on this.
