Audiodg.exe Cpu Usage & Multiple Copies... Do I Have A Problem?

While trying to determine why my machine has been bogging down from high CPU usage, I noticed that the audiodg.exe file is using between 12 to 15% of my CPU, even when there is no sound running. Maybe that's normal and I just never noticed before, but it seemed high to me. So I searched my C drive for all instances of audiodg.exe, expecting to only find one - instead I found a bunch of them.

Would like to know if I have a malware problem with them, or if all but one can be deleted. I assume that if I can delete, the one I would keep would be the "system 32 (C:/Windows) one?

McAfee for Cox internet hasn't found any malware, and neither has malware bytes. I've uploaded a screen grab of all the instances I found searching my C drive... I'm using Windows 7 home premium.

All those copies of audidodg.exe are just fine. Nothing to worry about.

Ok. Thank you. Is it normal for it to use about 15% of my CPU also?

Also, should I do something to make sure it's the current version, or does it do that itself automatically?
