   i cant get rid of these pop-ups from aurora. i have tried several different spyware programs. I also downloaded hijackthis, but am unsure how to use it. please help

   i can not log onto my computer in safe mode. i get to the login screen and i enter my name and password and it just beeps at me. how do i get past this
