Auto refresh

    I want to display an application on a plasma screen and can use VNC to do this. However, the application is dynamic and non-web based, so the plasma will quickly get out of date without a refresh. How can I auto refresh the application as it doesn't appear to have anything built in ? Is there a way of applying F5 every half hour or so from Windows or via some utility ?

    If I used Windows Task Manager to run refresh (F5) every few minutes, which program name would I ask it to run ? What exe runs when F5 is pressed ?
