Autocad Cannot Be Installed Nor Uninstalled

    I have my laptop revert to the old Windows 7 from Windows 10 since the new Windows version is consuming the RAM causing my laptop to lag. However, my AutoCAD 2007 cannot be used and I cannot uninstall it to reinstall a new one due to .NET not installed notifications. I have tried the regedit method but the adjustment of values in the regedit in the Network Frame was not allowed. I have also tried changing the permissions to full control but did not work.
