automated FTP software

I am looking for an FTP program that will provide a one click solution that I can pass out to emplyees.
Where the user can just click an icon on the desktop and the appropriate file will automatically be transfered to an FTP server and then the ftp software will disconnect and close. It may need to transfer even if the same file exist on the server (by overwriting).

Conversely I also need to download files from the server, via "one click".

Any suggestions

 

I don't know whether that's possible and I'm wondering why it's really necessary. Wouldn't a little training on using FTP software be an option?

 

Well the locations are a couple of hours apart and they are part time and turn over is frequent. I don't have the time to manage them.
