Automatic Thumbnails Sorting – How To Cancel In Win10 Explorer.

Is it possible to force Winexplorer to have the files in the same place when I reopen the same window when I put them in my own order before? I tried it according to this tutorial - https://windowsreport.com/disable-auto-arrange-folders-windows-10/, but it only works 50% - after reopening the same folder, the files are in the previous place again. I was used to it in windows 7.
