Autoplay not working

Hi, after running combofix, it took out somethings it shouldn't have. My sound blaster had to be reinstalled. Now my autoplay will not work at all for my drives. I want the autorun feature and the autoplay feature both working. I tried to run autofix, but two things are missing from it since combofix to fix.
The Local Computer Policy and Driver Level Policies used to be not grayed out. Now they are. Can you please help me get these back. Thanks

 

Have you tried to restore back to a good restore point?

No, because I just got the malware off of this computer and I use Norton Ghost. But my ghost back up has the problem. So It has all been fixed but this now. My only other option is reformat. And I don't want to if I can get this running.
