autorun worm on friend's usb hard drive

i agreed to fix my friend's usb using the major geek's malware removal guide as guidance.

I followed all the steps listed in the guide and produced the following logs.

Can someone look at these and offer guidance on any viruses that have remained after the steps performed using the malware removal guide ?

Yes you are right. I plugged his usb into my pc , i believe my pc is fine.

And yes they did show up as drives E and F. Sorry for not telling you this earlier.

When you mean toggle system restore, do you mean first turn it off and then on ?
