    If you have AVG 2011 installed (even with the Resident Scan disabled) it flags Combofix as having malware-gam in it!
    I had a client laptop that got Trojan.FakeAlert and multiple Rogue.Security instances on it yesterday. SAS didn't find anythng, MBytes did and because of the above, I could only run MGTools.
    The MBytes log is attached.
    The laptop seems okay now.
    It is running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit.

    We need all of the logs from the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    If any of the scans will not run or download move on to the next one and let me know what happened like if there were any errors or if they just wouldn't download or run.

    Yes this is why the instructions for running ComboFix and some other tools specify that you disable your protection software before trying to run them.
