AVG cannot complete full scan ?

Greetings
I have been trying to complete a full scan of my PC using AVG and half way thru it freezes or my screen turns black I tried to scan in safe mode with the same results. When I run Malwarebytes,SAS & Ad-aware they run fine and complete scans its only with AVG that im having this problem. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

 

sounds as if the program is corrupted,which can happen for a lot of reasons,like a bad shut-down or a sudden loss of power,interrupted up-dating or scan,incomplete loading,0r a malware bug,I would just uninstall it with a removal tool,reboot,run the Ccleaner(windows,Apps,registry)then re-install,update,scan,maybe it will find something or not.

I am presuming here, that you are using the Free version and not the paid version. If that is the case, the best suggestion that I can offer, is for you to visit the AVG Free Forums, register and post your problem there.
