AVG false positive?

    I use AVG 9 pro edition and until yesterday I had a clean PC. I build ebooks using EbookEditPro which has been fine for a couple of years now.

    After yesterday's AV update AVG now flags all of my ebooks as containing a Trojan "PSW.Ldpinch.ADBU"

    Is this a false positive? How can I find out? I have sent some sample files to AVG, but is there any other way?

    That is the best course of action. It may take them a few days to analyze the samples but if it is a FP then they will correct the mistake with a database update. All antivirus have FP issues now and then. It's not if it will happen it's when...
