AVG Problem

    Avg cant start, message below:


    Local machine: installation failed
    Installation:
    Error: Action failed for file avg7dos.lng: creating file....
    Changing language to 67698688 failed.
    General failure.

    Any help?

    This apparently happens when you have a previous version of AVG and it's not completely uninstalled before installing the new one.

    Download the latest installation package, but select uninstall and follow the wizard.

    Restart the computer, then reinstall and update.
