avg restart computer wont start 0xc000000f

so I start my computer, hp pavilion dv6700 it runs vista 64bit, and see avg needs to reboot. I reboot the computer and get a blue screen doing some kind of dump, then get a black screen with the oxc000000f error. I have tried to start in safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, debugging mode, and last known good configuration. I noticed when I try safe mode that when it gets to avg files that it goes back to the error code. I do not have a repair disk, wish I would have read the papers that came with the laptop and saw I needed to make one. Thank you for any help you can give. I love this site its helped me in many ways.

 

as soon as I can get it started I will try those, but I can't get past the black screen. thanks

 

Maybe this was the problem.
