   An AVG virus scan tells me that C:\WINDOWS\system32\webdown.vbs could be infected and it cannot heal it. Could someone tell me how to treat this?

   Just rename the file to webdown.bak. Then reboot your PC and make sure things run okay for a couple days. If you do not run into any problems, delete the webdown.bak file.
