AVG "Threat detected" message

Good Day:
First time post !
Whilst going thru Spybot and AdAware scans I got an AVG "Threat detected" message. Several files were listed: C:\Windows\System\C14B2S SHAGENTNEW.DLL. ....GRENTO1..... EZSTUB3.DLL
Virus found Dropper Exebind.
I did not move to the vault as there was a warning of problems if I did so.
I checked INFO: The files were not in the encyclopedia list. I clicked IGNORE.
As I had not had a Virus for years I was not sure what to do.
AVG scan runs every morning but has not reported the virus in the scan results
Today, I have had no Threat message. My Q is, Where is this virus and what should I do. I am sure this is not new to you but as it is to me I would appreciate your help.

I had the same message from AVG and hours of attempting everything else later, tried entering AVG centre test area and ran a scan on windows system area which showed the infected files in my case (presumably you have a message where the files were) the scan showed them and cleaned them. Ran the same test again and they were gone. Did a complete test afterwards to ensure no other files anywhere else were infected and all seems well now. Phew!!! Hope it works for you.
