avi video problem

    I'm trying to download apocolipto (sp) movie and the sound comes thru great. However the .avi which I think I have the right version doesn't give picture.

    the sample gives me vid and sound.

    what am I doing wrong? what do I need to check for to make sure this downloads correctly.
