awtsq.dll please help!

Firstly i'm new to these forums, just had to sign up to get some help with the horrendous problem i've faced over the past 2 days.

Basically after returning home from work (with my sister sitting at my laptop) pop-ups start appearing telling me that there is vicious malware attacking my computer, i find out that it is malware itself causing these messages and so need to remove the offending files. However one of them will just NOT go away, its name... awtsq.dll

i've tried all methods i could think of including using virtumunubegone and vundufix but they only removed the other offending files, not awtsq

Ok this is going to sound really strange but i tried to click on both scan now buttons on Bitdefender and panda but neither would allow me to scan?
I've included logs of the only programs i can currently access....

i'll try and attach a superantispyware log soon...
