azureus NAT Error

hi i am trying to set up azureus and i keep getting this nat/firewall error

NAT Error - Connect attempt to 77.99.180.219:51511 (your computer) timed out after 20 seconds. This means your port is probably closed.

i have a belkin wireless router F5D7231-4 and not very much knowledge about ports or networking.

You need to log into your router. How you do this is open up an internet explorer window and type in 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 . Your probably going to need a password so if you still have your manual around then good find out what it is and type it in.
