Back For More Assistance

I have for some time now been religiously performing maintenance on my laptop and did purchase the recommended Malwarebyte program.
I am not having any functionality problems at this point as far as I can tell but the the last couple of scans have identified a lot of infected files. I have deleted them but am needing to know if there is something else I need to do to resolve these files from infecting my computer? I have attached the last two log files in case they might help?
