My daughter's computer was effectively non-functional. Trying to get her ready to head back to UNT in Denton.

I read and ran basic computer maintenance first.

Then ran through the Read Me Malware section. I tried to follow exactly and collect the logs.

The computer is much improved and it seemed like Spybot removed some trojans, and the malware programs removed some other items including a Hijack Start program, I believe.

However, it is still slow, so wondering if there is still some problems.

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
