Backdoor.Agent.bh

    Ewido detected Backdoor.Agent.bh and numerous spyware. I then followed
    the steps in READ & RUN ME FIRST except that I was unable to open the
    bitedefender webpage as I was constantly redirected to other webpages.
    After doing all the steps in READ & RUN ME FIRST Ewido still detects
    Backdoor.Agent.bh and numerous other spyware programs. Ewido also
    notified me that the virus is in C:\Windows\System32\rasaccs.dll. I
    deleted this file with File Monster, though it reappeared when I ran
    Ewido immediately after deleting the file.

    Please follow the directions in the READ & RUN ME. You did not install and rename Hijackthis as required. You are running it directly from the ZIP file which is not acceptable. You MUST follow the directions and attach a new HJT log. Also you must attach the log from PandaActiveScan as requested.

    You also did not update your Sun Java version as the READ ME requests. You are using Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2 which is WAY out of date.
