Backdoor trojan not allowing normal startup.

About a week ago I started having problems with the computer slowing down again and when I tried to restart, it hung and the Windows Logo screen. I was able to reboot into safe mode and safe mode w/ networking to do this but couldn't run some scans. I've attached all information I could obtain. I would appreciate any and all help offered with my continued thanks.

I could not run CounterSpy at the time. AVG locked up as well as PandaOnlineScan.

You do not appear to be having malware problems! I would suggest you think about what you were doing just prior to your problems starting and seeing if you can undo it. You may want to also try a System Restore to a time before the problems began.

I will also warn you that downloading and running things like the below (which you got about a week ago) are often major causes of problems.
