    IVE DONE EVERYTHING I KNOW TO DO I ALSO HAVE CC CLEANER AND MY COMPUTER STILL RUNS GREAT ONE DAY AND AWFUL THE NEXT. I M AN IDIOT WHEN IT COMES TO COMPUTERS BUT EVEN I CAN TELL I HAVE WAY TO MANY BACKGROUND APPLICATIONS RUNNING. HELP PLEASE............:cry:(:confused

    To check background programs are running go to your taskbar and start task manager and that will tell you.

    if you want to stop some of them.

    Windows Vista/7 - go to start and then type msconfig and then go to the startup tab

    Windows XP - go to start and then run and type in msconfig then go to the startup tab.
