Backup error

A friend of mine was having a problem with there windows saying he had DLL missing from the windows directories, since I know little about window software bugs he took it into a computer repair place. The computer place said it was a virus, I don't think so, now we can't even get a backup of the files because they said these errors listed below. Let me know if this makes sense to anyone. It says errors not virus so how would you fix these errors. Thanks in advance.
