    Hmm SB S&D Came up with this with 57 Entries, I had no visable signs of spyware or Adware so might it be a goof or an entry that I shouldn't worry about, I mean I removed it but.

    Just want to see what kind of info there was on it. :confused:

    Backweb is bundles with many applications from Kodak, HP, F-Secure etc which allows updates.

    Some reading http://www.backweb.com/services/technical/

    if you dont have any software installed that would use backweb then I would be inclined to be worried as to where it came from.

    I have an HP and it came loaded with BackWeb,Spybot found it,I just got rid of it. Everything works just fine for me.

    Quarantine all the backweb spybot fines and just watch your pc for a week or two. If all is normal then I would delete it from quarantine. That's what I did.

    Yeah I'm on an HP with alot of update programs so it more then likely came from that, Thing is I have then disabled, And I don't searcht he web often at all if I do it's trusted sites so, I haven't a clue as to where else it came from. :eek:
