Bad installer?

    I just got an Asus with 64 bit Win 7 Suddenly trouble downloading anything. Anyway to easiy download a repair or replacement for installer?

    Could you be a little bit more specific what you mean with "trouble downloading"?

    I have looked into this further and am still having trouble. What I meant was I can;t download any apps of any kind and install or open them. All I can think of its that Windows Installer has become corrupted but don't see how that could happen with a new system only a month old.

    I still don't understand what you mean by "can;t"...
    • Can you download an application (installer) and save it to disk?
    • When you try to run the downloaded installer, what happens?
