bad malware

I have read read and run. but I can not use that guide to event start to remove the program shutting my comp down. I downloaded some codec pack and after a day my computer will shut down and start up almost instantly. Windows will barely start up and it reboots. I tried starting in safe mode, but it does the same thing. nothing seems to working to get it to restart so I can run test on it. I even reformated (only used windows updates)and it has started doing to again. any help would be godly.

 

ok, finally able to restore to a early time (24 hours ago) doing read and run now. updates in a little.

 

Sweet read and run me worked. I cleaned up the malware and some adware, and about 10 spy. Thanks for the info you guys posted, Got my comp and speed back.

Oh just to let you know. My malware was installed as windows hotfix (see q32412) there was 2 of them installed. 2 diffent numbers. Might want to list it.

Attach the logs the were produced from running the Read Me.

I'll have a look at them and confirm if the system is clean.

after I boght registry mechanic, I reran it to remove some stuff there. new one

 

There are more logs than just HJT that were produced when you went through the procedures in the READ & RUN ME FIRST.

Follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
