Greetings Geeks. We're running WinXP and have te good fortune of picking up a virus, or two. The Bagel.I and Bagel.h have infected our system, was detected by AVG, but cannot be fixxed by AVG. We have the latest Virus Definitions, but thus far were unable to remove. Any thoughts?

As Always, your help is greatly appreciated.

    No Luck...Help.

The Avast Virus Cleaner did not do the trick. I noticed the Bagel worm was not listed. Any other thoughts?

Give this a shot Tom scroll down about half way and download the zip file, while a lot of people on this board like AVG I find that sometimes it has trouble picking things up even with latest defs..

and it also give you manual ways to remove it as well

Thanks for the help. Through the F-Secure website I was able to remove the virus and the infected files.

    Gracias,
