Bandwidth required for video

    hi,
    can anybody tell me that how much bandwidth requried to run a video on the internet properly without disturbing and stucking the picture

    128K is not bad, I would not run anything less that that.
    There are still a lot of questions and variables that are involved, like...
    is it streaming?
    what type of compression? MP4, MOV, MPG, DIVX, motion JPG
    what are the dimensions of the video? You can spare size for bandwidth.
