batch file problem

hi all,
this is bindusar
i just wanna a batch file which will creat a directory named as current date.
the format should be in the format of YYYYDDMM.
there should not be any affect on it's output if the format of date in regional setting is changed.
i've observed the last forum on it but that is changing the format of date if changed from regional settings.
help me, i've to submit this assignment in two days.
