I am trying to create a batch file to open a web page. Is this possible? I have a web app that I want to run everyday and this is the only way I can think os scheduling it to run daily.

Making a shortcut will do the same thing. Open the webpage.

Open the web page in IE, click on the "E" symbol in the Address bar and drag
    it to the desktop.

if you want a batch file, make a text file using notepad and put this in it

    C:\progra~1\intern~1\iexplore.exe www.majorgeeks.com

save the file and rename it with a .BAT extension. Change www.majorgeeks.com to whatever URL you want.

In fact, you could just put the line kodo typed in ask a scheduled task. it should work.
