Battery

Hello
I have a problem with my battery, i removed my battery for a long time from my notebook, but now the computer doesn´t recognise the batery, and i can not charge the batery, only by electricity work´s.

Maybe the battery is damage , do you have a tester ?

 

No i don´t have a tester, and i don´t what it is
When i removed the battery i didn´t touch once , only to remove and a couple of months later to put in the computer

How old is the battery? Laptop batteries usually last around 3 years. Now, on my second one, I flatten it every month and re-charge. Take your laptop along to a specialised battery supplier. They can test notebook batteries for you, and/or offer suggestions to your problem. Bazza
