"Battle of the Bands" - so commercialised!

So tomorrow evening comes the 2006 Battle of the Bands at school. If you're wondering, the answer is yes, I'm nervous as anything! Luckily I'm only drumming tomorrow but still scared for some reason, usually I love being on stage

Anyway wish me all luck, I'll try and get online here between when I get in tomorrow at 4:15 and when I leave half hour later to let you know details!

Get someone to follow you around with a video camera. That always boosts your ego... I mean, confidence

 

Well I just got in, and I'm sad to say we didn't make the top 3, considering that was our best performance ever.

Had 3 official photographers who just seemed to love me and 2 video cameras on us. We played so damn well, if I can get hold of any of the pics I'll post them here for you all, looked great

Ah well, just keep looking forward, next gig is still to come!

 

I have a video file of us playing, unfortunately our singer had lost his voice and they sound horrible. It's a 50mb file, you guys reckon it's worth putting it to my webspace??

 

Can you not compress it any more? Or edit it down a bit? 50MB is a bit steep, reallly. Something more like 20MB is more tolerable.

 

I'll see what I can do!
