BDlot ISO file unplayable

I have had difficulties with the last 3 or 4 DVD's I have tried to rip using BDlot V3.0.2 (I believe this is the latest.)

I am using WinXP (SP3)

This last one, I got an image of the menu, but if I click on the movie, it just won't play, My player (VLC) just thinks it is the end of the movie.

The previous 2 or 3 movies simply wouldn't play (no menu or anything.)

I have had success with several previous to this issue.

Has anyone had problems lately?
