hi guys.. im new here..a nd havving refferenced your site many times.. ii'm really hoping someone can help..
hopefully i'll post this in the right way..
well i have a few issues.. not sure if they're related.
    1. the most irritating.. my comp freezes randomly. i know this can be due
to many things.. but some more info for you. recently i bought a new 1gb memory card.. thinking that was the problem i got the guys at the lab to
give me a new one... still no help. they also checed it for overheating, and did a memory test as well.. and it seems those aren't the problems

    2. long before my freezing issue.. i allways get a messege when i startup the comp which say windows can't find "c:\doucume..." taskmgr.exe

i tried tons of malware and spyware removal programs (ccleaner, superantispyware, glary utilities .. and a bunch of others..)

please please help... beer on me when you're in Tel Aviv...
    thanks in advance guys.
attached (hopefully correctly ...) is my hijack this log and also a printscreen
    of my running procceses

thought i'd add aditional information in case anyone can help...
in addition to the 1gb memory card i bought , i also added a 160gb hard drive and a
dvd burner.. though they are running fine.
besides the freezing which happens quite randomly, sometimes the freeze happens
and i get horizontal strange yellow lines across the screen...
    i'm about to go crazy..
    help please!

This sounds more like a hardware issue than a malware issue, however, if you would like us to check your system for malware:

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

The good news is it isn't malware......the bad news is that it isn't malware.

You need to post in the software section.

    Your logs look clean.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

If you kept SuperAntispyware....go to the repair section --->under preferences..
look for the automatic fix for the task manager .

hi tim.. i kept it.. but dont seem to find the automatic fix option..
in SAS under preferences when i go to "repairs"
the only option i see relating the task manager is "enable task manager"
    do you mean that?

    FYI: From runkeys.txt

If the HijackThis license had been excepted, you would also have seen the F2 line in the HijackThis log.

This HijackThis version is way out of date. I was referring to the HijackThis license that you should have accepted when running MGtools. You did not accept it and there for the MGlogs.zip file does not contain a HijackThis log from a proper version of a properly installed HijackThis which is automatically obtained by MGtools.

However since the registry key in questions is simply not needed, you can just do the below to remove it.

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixme.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.
