    the problem is that the computer is so old and its a custom build computer by my brother but he bought the mircosolft cd that does more then 1 computer he bought 1 that does upto 5 computers and will not let me borrow it to reinstall or use to fix my computer so i am stuck with out a cd and a way to fix the computer.. would love a way to give the kernal32.dll useing 100% cpu

    Have the BIOS settings been checked to make sure the CD drive is not disabled?

    yes the cd is read from the being and it is set to be first item to be read when computer starts up but it does not read it at all

    Then as Tim suggested, you should post in the Software Forum. It appears that you have a broken Windows installation and perhaps some additional hardware issues.

    yes but i would like to fix the kernal32.dll 3 of them from useing all my cpu when computer starts

    Again, you can ask about this in the software forum but kernel32.dll is not malware.

    And additionally, kernel32.dll is a normal hook into every svchost.exe process. It is not a problem. As stated, your problems are more likely due to what you may have been doing on your own. Potentially Windows has been broken and you may need to do a repair.
